Nothing. This site has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels and no cookies. We do not build profiles of visitors. Our hosting provider processes standard server request logs on our behalf for security and reliability.

If you email us

We keep your message and address so we can reply and keep a record of the correspondence. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share your address.

If you buy something

Purchases are handled by our merchant of record, who acts as the seller, processes your payment and handles applicable sales tax and VAT. Your payment card details are handled by them and their payment processors — we never receive or store them. We receive the information needed to deliver your licence and provide support, such as your name, email address and order details.

Where your data goes

We and our service providers operate in more than one country, so information you send us may be processed outside the country you live in.

Your choices

You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond. Some records are kept where we are required to keep them, such as tax and accounting records.
